Job summary

Shearer's Foods in Waterford, PA is seeking a Packer Team Member for the Afternoon shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). Starting pay is $16.20 per hour with a $2 shift premium, with opportunities to contribute to high-quality product and efficient plant operations.

You'll assemble boxes, pack bagged product, maintain cleanliness, and support your team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred and good communication is valued.

Packer Team Members are directly involved in making sure every product that leaves Shearer's Snacks is of the highest quality and ready to make people happy at their next picnic, birthday party or snack time. As one of these important team members, your day will include:

• Assembling boxes, packing bagged product from the packaging tables into the cases and placing them on pallets, inspecting finished product and assuring quality


• Taking pride in contributing to the overall cleanliness and efficient operation of your facility


• Supporting your team as needed
