Job summary

Shearer's Foods in Waterford, PA is seeking a Packer Team Member for the Afternoon shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). Starting pay is $16.20 per hour with a $2 shift premium, with opportunities to contribute to high-quality product and efficient plant operations.

You'll assemble boxes, pack bagged product, maintain cleanliness, and support your team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred and good communication is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assembling boxes, packing bagged product from the packaging tables into cases and placing them on pallets, inspecting finished product and assuring quality.
• Maintaining cleanliness and efficient operation of the facility.
• Supporting the team as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
