Job summary

Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake, IA is seeking a Maintenance Worker to keep our campus safe, clean and well-maintained. This role focuses on floor care, general housekeeping, and facility duties across the main campus and Milford location.

Hours are 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required; experience with floor care, basic wall repair, painting, and sheetrock skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Driver's license required.
• Floor care experience helpful or preferred.
• Wall repair, painting, sheetrock experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Performs floor care duties and general cleaning across Lakes Regional Healthcare main campus and Milford location.
• Maintains facility and systems, performs preventative and reactive maintenance as assigned.
• Security duties include opening/closing the facility and coordinating snow removal during winter events.
