Pilgrim’s is hiring a Maintenance Technician Afternoons in Wisconsin. The role focuses on monitoring and adjusting equipment to maximize efficiency, with opportunities to identify improvements and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.

The position requires solid mechanical aptitude, ability to read simple instructions, and experience with maintenance tools. It includes overtime and weekend work as needed, with a competitive hourly base rate and shift differential where applicable.

• Monitor equipment operation and perform adjustments/repairs to maximize efficiency.
• Identify improvement opportunities and communicate to supervisor.
• Diagnose and repair drive-related issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot bearing failures.
• Assist in troubleshooting, repairs, modifications, and construction of equipment and structures.
