You will direct technicians, interpret blueprints, and ensure safety standards in a high-speed production environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year related experience or journeyman license.
• Experience with maintenance of bakery/food processing equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directs workers in diagnosing malfunctions in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Repair and install bakery and food-processing equipment.
• Maintain conveyors and production lines; perform preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and meet schedules.
