Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC in Papillion, NE is seeking a Temporary, full-time Logistics Clerk for the second shift (4:30 PM – 12:00 AM). This role provides clerical and administrative support to the Logistics Department, including preparing shipping documentation and coordinating carrier activities.

Responsibilities include preparing motor carrier bills of lading, notifying carriers of departures, coding and verifying freight bills, maintaining files, and compiling daily shipment data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic PC skills with Word and Excel; 3–6 months office experience.
• Basic math abilities for computations.
• Experience with PC software including Word/Excel.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documentation and coding.
• Coordinate carrier activities and ship documentation.
• Prepare bills of lading and freight documents.
• Notify carriers for departures and track shipments.
• Maintain records and reports; end-of-day documentation.
