Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities while promoting independence and personal goals outside of the home.

Full and part-time positions are available with flexible schedules, paid training, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process. Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 caregiving in clients' homes.
• Support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities.
• Assist clients in community activities to strengthen goals.
• Follow individualized care plans and report progress.
• Communicate effectively with recipients and family as needed.
