Green Acres of Mt. Pleasant is seeking an Afternoon Assisted Living Home Manager to join our leadership team in Mount Pleasant, MI. The role oversees afternoon operations, staffing, and resident care, ensuring compliance and a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare, assisted living, or long-term care setting preferred.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day afternoon operations of our assisted living community.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations through accurate documentation and recordkeeping.
• Assist with employee recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training.
• Create and manage employee schedules.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to caregiving staff.
• Assist with office and administrative responsibilities.
• Help provide direct resident care when needed to support the team.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation with other members of the leadership team.
