Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide personalized in-home support in Everett, WA. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and coordinate with family and the care team. Reliable transport for client appointments is required.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with hours 8:00 AM–4:00 PM and compensation of $21.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience. A valid driver’s license and insured vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• CNA or HCA license current and active.
• CPR certification preferred/required as applicable.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable approach to client care.
• Ability to work independently and follow established care plans.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping and meal preparation, including dietary considerations.
• Strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability and endurance to perform required caregiving tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check and reference verification.

• Monitor and communicate changes in the client's condition or behavior.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, nurses, and other care team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Maintain a safe and clean vehicle when transporting the client.
• Respond to emergencies or unusual situations.

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and caring Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care for a client in Everett, WA. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in helping others maintain their comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE AND RELIABLE, INSURED VEHICLE ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION. The caregiver will provide transportation for the client as needed for appointments, errands, shopping, and other activities.

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday Hours between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

COMPENSATION

JOB SUMMARY
