Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Prior experience operating fork trucks or other powered industrial vehicles; forklift exam required on hire.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation; must reside within 50 miles of Kings Mountain, NC facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to drive material routes and maintain flow, distribution, and accuracy of materials between Clutch or Manufacturing groups.
• Validate and verify material quantities for all parts; support changeover preparation by communicating with operators/leads.
• Use fork truck systems (FCS/Oracle/WMS) and submit IT tickets for related issues to support inventory accuracy.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in transactions under time constraints; perform forklift safety audits at shift start.
• Assist in training new employees and cover peers during absences; uphold safety, quality, and 5S housekeeping.
