Job summary

Sealed Air Corp. in California is seeking an Extrusion Operator to operate plastic extrusion equipment safely and efficiently, adjusting gauges for speed, temperature and winding. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and productive output.

The shift is Afternoon with a $1.00 premium and a pay rate of $24.00 per hour. Candidates should have 1–3 years of manufacturing experience and be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience as a machine operator.
• Basic math, reading, computer and analytical skills.
• Safety awareness and ability to analyze production issues.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Overtime and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Produce orders to schedule to satisfy customer needs and production requirements.
• Perform production execution of product labeling and production entry.
• Complete all required quality inspections, testing and documentation.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Comply with Company standards regarding housekeeping.
• Perform duties of other team members as required during breaks and absences.
• Knows and adheres to all safety rules and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
