Qualifications

• Shift Manager experience required.
• Available to work 12:00 PM–8:00 PM or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM.
• 5 days per week; weekends a must.
• Lead and support the afternoon/night team.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure all Dunkin standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the afternoon/night team.
• Help manage afternoon scheduling and call-outs.
• Maintain customer service, speed, cleanliness, accuracy, and shift execution.
• Provide leadership and accountability throughout the afternoon and evening.
