Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts franchise in Lynn, MA is seeking an afternoon/evening Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, ensure Brand standards, and deliver a great guest experience.

You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team, providing timely feedback while maintaining safety and sanitation standards and a fast, friendly service.

This position is afternoon/evening shift between the hours of 12 noon - 11PM.
