Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members during their shifts, ensuring operational Brand standards and delivering a friendly guest experience.

You will set goals, assign tasks, motivate the team, celebrate successes, and provide timely feedback while upholding safety, sanitation, and product quality.

This role emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, service speed, and consistent performance in a fast-paced cafe environment across our Dunkin' franchise.

• Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
