BODY20 Lake Oswego is seeking a Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Naperville, Illinois. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and supporting studio operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in customer service, is enthusiastic and energetic, and has a passion for health and wellness. This role offers a competitive pay between $16.00 and $18.00 per hour, along with gym membership and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in fitness, hospitality, or customer service.
• Availability for weekday afternoon shifts (noon–7:30 pm).
• Ability to attend BODY20 sessions weekly.

Position Overview

As a BODY20 Receptionist, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis. You will be an integral part of the success of a fast‑paced fitness studio by providing best‑in‑class customer experiences while building relationships with BODY20 members and the community.

Responsibilities

• Greet all clients, prospects and employees in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Provide superior customer service to current members and prospects.
• Check members in, schedule appointments and answer membership questions.
• Work as a team player to grow the member base through sales and onboarding new members.
• Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand.
• Create 2–3 social media posts per week.
• Create content for a monthly newsletter.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in fitness, hospitality or customer service.
• Weekday afternoon shift availability (noon‑7:30 pm).
• Ability to attend 1–2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Strong follow‑up and organizational skills.
