Responsibilities

• Greet Members and maintain flow of sessions
• Provide exemplary customer service
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Respond to customer questions, issues, and scheduling sessions
• Respond to new leads entering the system
• Coordinate consultations and walk new bookings through their first sessions
• Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and superior customer service

Requirements

• Ability to take 1‑2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients

Compensation

$20.00 per hour

This is a franchised studio. Your application will go directly to the studio owner, and all hiring decisions are made by the studio owner or its management. The franchisor does not control employment practices.
