Job summary

Apploi in Burlington, MA is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists for afternoon and evening cases in Suffolk County, MA. Part-time schedule with typical hours 3:00 PM–6:00 PM; afternoons/evenings; some weekend opportunities.

You will provide direct ABA support per treatment plans, support communication, social, daily-living skills, and complete session documentation while maintaining a safe, engaging environment and collaborating with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Reliable and consistent.
• Patient, compassionate, and energetic.
• Comfortable working directly with children and/or individuals with developmental needs.
• Able to follow treatment plans and clinical direction.
• ABA, RBT, behavioral health, special education, childcare, or related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA/behavioral support to clients
• Follow individualized treatment plans and clinical guidance
• Implement activities and interventions as directed
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily‑living skills
