The role maintains clean kitchen utensils and dishes, operates an automated dishwasher, and ensures a clean and sanitary kitchen under the Dining Services Director's supervision. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, and the ability to read, write, and speak English.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of kitchen and dining areas, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Washes, air dries, and restocks plates, glasses, and silverware according to sanitation methods.
• Operates and maintains the dishwasher and related equipment.
• Follows sanitation, infection control, and safety procedures.
• Reports equipment safety issues to the Dining Services Director.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment.
