Job summary

Celebration Village Acworth is seeking a dedicated Dining Services Utility to support our senior living community. You will help maintain a clean kitchen, operate the dishwasher, and ensure a safe, sanitary dining area.

This full-time role requires a High School Diploma or GED, good English, dependable attendance, and physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds. You will report to the Dining Services Director and help create a warm, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
• Physical requirements include the ability to speak, see, and hear sufficient to serve residents.
• Professional and neat appearance and presentation, adherence to dress code, and good hygiene.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to work with residents and staff.
• Must be free of communicable disease.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check on hire and upon request.
• Physical ability to bend, stand, lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Manual dexterity to handle kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Problem solving skills.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of kitchen and dining room areas.
• Washes, air dries, and restocks plates, glasses, and silverware; sorts and stores dishes.
• Operates and maintains the dishwasher.
