Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, and a current ServSafe certification, with at least one year of related experience. Nights and weekends work is possible; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED or vocational diploma.
• Current ServSafe Certification required; preferred if held.

Responsibilities

• Promotes sustainability in dining operations and maintains cleanliness of pot room.
• Maintains cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and back-of-house areas.
• Performs routine housekeeping: trash, dusting, mopping, restrooms, restocking.
• Ensures dish machine is cleaned and maintained throughout shift.
• Restocks washed items and organizes storage areas.
• Assists with receiving deliveries and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
• Returns items to proper storage locations and keeps closets organized.
• Operates power cleaning equipment safely.
