Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions including cash, checks, credit cards, food stamps, WIC, loyalty cards, gift certificates, bottle refunds, voids, and coupons accurately.
• Assist in receiving, unloading and stocking products in required areas of the store.
• Run the cash register, suggestive selling (lottery, etc.), enroll guests in loyalty program, maintain a clean service area.
• Ensure proper use of PLU codes; report pricing or signage errors.
• Maintain understanding of store programs and product locations; help execute department flight plan.
• Communicate loyalty programs, in-store specials and coupons to customers; model high service standards.
