Job summary

The HomeGoods store in Dallas, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring for a customer-focused associate. You’ll join a diverse team, deliver a high-quality shopping experience, and maintain a clean, organized store environment while adhering to policies and loss prevention standards.

You will ring purchases, promote loyalty programs, support merchandise flow, and help shrink reduction goals. The role requires excellent communication, ability to multitask, and flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Capable of multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures.
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and recovery standards for the sales floor and store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
