Responsibilities

• Sets up a bar with supplies prior to opening to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Receives and prepares drink orders from guests and servers; ensures accuracy of order
• Rings drink orders into register, collects money and makes correct change
• Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating and enhance guest relations
• Closes down bar, inventory locked and bar sanitized
• Assists servers with serving food and beverages when necessary
• Keeps bar and dining areas clean at all times
• Verifies accuracy of prices, tips and other charges on checks
