Creative Learning Center is seeking an afternoon assistant to support elementary students and collaborate with a caring classroom team in Henrico County, VA.

Shifts run 1:30–5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with training and coaching provided to help you grow professionally. We look for candidates who love children and bring a positive, nurturing attitude.

This role assists lead teachers during daily activities and contributes to a safe, engaging learning environment.

CLC offers after-school care for students from several Henrico County Schools. We are seeking an afternoon assistant to work with our elementary students. The hours would be 1:30-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

What You'll Do

Candidates are responsible for monitoring children and assisting the classroom teacher. Candidates should be able to assist with day-to-day classroom activities while demonstrating a positive and nurturing attitude.
