Job summary

Airbus Americas Customer Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Aftermarket Supplier Development Manager to lead supplier development missions across the U.S. and ensure supplier performance for Airbus Customer Services.

The role requires deep knowledge of procurement operations, supplier auditing, and risk mitigation with extensive collaboration across Europe and America. The position involves over 50% travel to supplier facilities, close work with SCQM teams, and active development of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 8 years procurement/supplier operations experience.
• Qualified Assessor/Auditor preferred.
• Knowledge of Quality Regulations (part21/part145) and Lean Six Sigma desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier development missions and projects to improve performance across quality, cost and delivery.
• Coordinate supplier assessments (capacity, capability, maturity, performance).
• Identify and mitigate industrial risks and communicate with stakeholders.
