Ideal Tridon is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Support Administrator for our Smyrna, TN corporate office. You will process quotes, review pricing, and support the sales team to grow and retain business through accurate, timely quotes.

You will act as the main contact for customers and the external sales force, ensuring a superior customer experience while maintaining price accuracy and system updates. This role is office-based with hybrid work options and requires strong MS Office skills and

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (preferred) and experience.
• Three or more years of sales support experience, preferably in automotive, utilities, industrial fasteners, or marine markets.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate markets and develop business cases.

Responsabilités

• Process and track quoting activity for assigned National Sales Manager(s) or territory.
• Generate quotes, review pricing, and troubleshoot pricing issues.
• Serve as main contact for customers and outside sales force, ensuring excellent customer experience.
