• Achieve sales and gross profit goals established by the Aftermarket Sales Manager.
• Maintain regular contact with established customer accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new customer accounts.
• Actively sell the full range of aftermarket products, including parts, collision, and service offerings.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to all customers.
• Build strong relationships by daily contact with major accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of vendor products, promotions, and merchandising programs.
• Use dealership systems accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to dealership credit policies and procedures.
