Job summary

Paycom is seeking a sales-oriented team member in Unadilla, GA to handle selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories. You will also provide in-store customer service, stock handling, and merchandising support.

Responsibilities include promoting products, processing shipments, keeping the department organized, and assisting with shortages and safety compliance. A High School diploma and strong customer-service skills are required.

• Follows up on shortages and expedites issues with the manager.
• Assists in keeping tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.
• Adheres to data policies and safety rules.

Responsibilities:

• Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs through established processes and procedures
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
• Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations (per location)
• Places machine down and stock ordered parts in assigned locations per guidelines
• Pull monthly surplus returns (per location)
• Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly
• Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager (per location)
• Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order
• Understands and ensures adherence to corporate and customer data policies
• Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
• Performs other duties as assigned
