Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Parts Clerk to handle selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories. You will also provide in-store customer service, maintain displays, and ensure inventory locations are organized per location guidelines.

The role requires basic data entry, parts knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Forklift certification is preferred and you will work in a team environment focused on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic data entry and typing skills.
• Basic knowledge of parts and machinery.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs through established processes and procedures.
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations.
• Places machine down and stock ordered parts in assigned locations per guidelines.
• Pull monthly surplus returns (per location).
• Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly.
• Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager (per location).
• Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.
• Understands and ensures adherence to corporate and customer data policies.
• Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
