Job summary

Coesia North America is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Account Manager to exceed sales and profit targets for audits, maintenance programs, service agreements, upgrades, rebuilds, spare parts, field service and training within assigned accounts and territory.

The role focuses on proactively developing, qualifying, and closing new opportunities, selling MGS products and services, and communicating customer requirements to deliver the best solution while driving profitable business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined experience with an emphasis on technical selling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate active listening, organized presentation, and effective writing; persuasive in interactions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell After Sales opportunities with comprehensive solutions (parts, conversions, service, training).
• Build relationships through solution-oriented communications and asset management support.
• Act as the technical expert for MGS After Sales products.
