Nombase Education is seeking an Aftermarket Quality Supervisor to lead post-sale quality issues for packaging and dispense systems. You will work directly with customers, breweries and internal teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, field investigations, cross-functional coordination, and travel up to 25% across US and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, quality, manufacturing, brewing, packaging or related discipline.
• At least three years of experience in quality, technical service, packaging, beverage production or brewing.
• Experience investigating customer complaints and product failures.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and manage corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary quality contact for customer complaints and after-sales issues.
• Manage complaints from notification through investigation, containment, corrective action and closure.
• Provide timely communication to customers during the investigation process.
• Visit customer, brewery and field locations to assess product and dispensing-system performance.
• Lead structured root-cause investigations and coordinate testing and sample analysis.
• Develop corrective actions with manufacturing, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Verify effectiveness of corrective actions before closing complaints.
• Ensure complaints and actions are managed per the quality-management system.
