Job summary

In & Out Tire & Auto in Millsboro, DE is hiring an entry-level tire and auto team member. No industry experience is required—we'll train the right person. You’ll put customers first, follow through, and work well with the team in a fast-paced shop.

Hours are Monday through Friday, with some locations open Saturdays; the role is physical, lifting up to 75 lbs. We offer above-market weekly base pay, bonuses, and weekly incentives, plus full benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Where You'll Be

You'll be working out of one of our tire and auto service locations — a fast-paced, high-energy shop where things stay interesting. Hours are Monday through Friday (some locations are open Saturdays), with occasional overtime when things get busy. The role is physical — you'll be on your feet, lifting up to 75 lbs, and working in a real shop environment with the usual noise, temperature changes, and all that comes with it.
