Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in customer service, parts, supply chain, or related field.
• Lean manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive Parts business plans aligned with organizational strategy.
• Lead a One-Team-One-Goal operating structure to drive urgency, alignment, and accountability.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service to drive profitable sales growth.
• Own and manage P&L drivers of the value stream.
• Oversee inventory control, receiving, fulfillment, and shipping performance.
• Drive margin improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure KPI tracking, reporting accuracy, and corrective actions.
• Provide leadership for local and remote associates.
• Foster engagement and succession planning.
