Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc (CVG) is seeking an Operations Manager – Aftermarket to lead all aftermarket distribution and service parts activities. The role reports to the US National Seating Plant Manager and Alabama Operations and collaborates with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Manufacturing.

You will supervise warehouse, logistics, inventory, and distribution staff, set performance standards, manage budgets, and drive improvements in on-time delivery,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience supporting OEM aftermarket service parts networks or distribution operations.
• Experience working with ERP-based supply chain systems such as SAP, Oracle.

Responsabilidades

• Lead aftermarket distribution of CVG commercial vehicle seats, components, and service parts.
• Ensure timely processing, picking, packing, and shipment of orders to OEM service networks, dealers, distributors, and fleet customers.
• Monitor service metrics including order fill rate, on-time delivery, backorder levels, and order cycle time.
• Collaborate with customer service and sales to resolve escalations and urgent service part requirements.
• Manage operational budgets and identify opportunities to reduce freight, packaging, and warehouse costs.
