You will translate data into actionable plans, develop campaigns that upsell and cross-sell, and work closely with aftermarket and product support teams to align with business goals.

The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of marketing strategy, analytics, and communication skills, with a passion for delivering customer-centric experiences.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in marketing, sales, digital strategy, CRM.
• Experience with a retail-centric organization preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to execute marketing programs with growth results.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop creative marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Identify target segments, personas and stakeholders for programs.
• Track budgets and measure marketing ROI and productivity.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, Sales, and HR to turn data into insights.
• Execute campaigns to upsell, cross-sell, and drive sales.
• Create brand-consistent collateral and support materials.
