Xylem is seeking an Aftermarket Manager (Rotary Equipment) to lead a cross-functional team of engineers, technicians, and customer service specialists. The role focuses on delivering exceptional field execution, repair operations, and spare parts support for Flygt AC Pumps, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

This onsite position requires travel to customer sites up to 25% and offers a competitive salary and 15% bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years rotating equipment, pump design, or field service experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Technical Service Engineers, Technicians, Order Administrators and Customer Service.
• Manage and develop customer service team for timely spare parts quotes and proactive engagement.
• Grow Aftermarket business by leveraging installed base and market trends.
• Oversee all aftermarket engineering activities including pump inspections, repair proposals, and field service operations.
• Plan workloads, meet project requirements, and ensure quality and timeliness of design and service execution.
• Build performance metrics and drive productivity using AI/Technology tools.
• Travel to customer/vendor sites up to 25% (domestic and international).
