Xylem is seeking an Aftermarket Manager (Rotary Equipment) to lead a team of Technical Service Engineers, Technicians, and Customer Service staff in driving aftermarket growth and operational excellence across field and shop operations in Wisconsin. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with rotating equipment, pump design, manufacturing, or field service.
• Strong background in pump mechanical design, hydraulics, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with vibration analysis and technical troubleshooting.
• Effective leadership and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Technical Service Engineers, Technicians, Order Administrator and Customer Service.
• Manage and develop customer service team to ensure timely spare parts quotes and proactive engagement.
• Build strategy to grow Aftermarket business leveraging installed base and market trends.
• Oversee all aftermarket engineering activities including pump inspections and field service operations.
• Travel to customer and vendor sites to resolve technical issues and provide hands-on support.
• Perform field service work including installation, repair, startup, and vibration analysis.
