BAC, a leading engineering company, invites an Aftermarket Intern to support the Americas Aftermarket team by assisting Applications Engineering and Customer Service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Applications Engineers with quote preparation, data collection, and admin tasks.
• Assist Customer Service Leads with order status, lead-time inquiries, and shipment tracking.
• Maintain aftermarket reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Warranty, and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement and process documentation projects.
• Assist with training materials, sales tools, and customer-facing docs updates.
• Use SAP, CRM, and other systems to research information and support daily ops.
• Provide additional project and admin support as assigned.

The Aftermarket Intern supports the Americas Aftermarket team by assisting both the Applications Engineering and Customer Service functions. This role provides hands‑on experience in technical support, customer service operations, sales support, business systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. The intern will help improve the speed and quality of information provided to BAC representatives and customers while gaining exposure to engineering, sales, operations, supply chain, and customer support processes. Based on responsibilities described in the Aftermarket Applications Lead, Customer Service Specialist, and Inside Account Lead roles.

• Assist Customer Service Leads with order status requests, lead‑time inquiries, shipment tracking, and customer support follow‑up activities.
• Help maintain aftermarket reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Warranty, and Engineering teams to gather information and support issue resolution.
• Support continuous improvement and process documentation projects across the Aftermarket organization.
• Assist with training materials, sales tools, and customer‑facing documentation updates.
• Utilize SAP, CRM, and other business systems to research information and support daily operations.
• Perform additional project and administrative support activities as assigned.

Desired Qualifications

BAC Hiring Compensation Range $22 - $28 per hour.

BAC provides additional earnings in the form of overtime as applicable under law.
