Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience in delivery assurance, customer support, operations, supply chain, program support, logistics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute delivery assurance objectives for assigned programs, proactively monitoring performance and coordinating actions to support on-time delivery and customer commitments.
• Monitor delivery schedules, program status, and critical customer hardware to identify potential risks, anticipate delays, and initiate timely resolution efforts.
• Collaborate with Product Teams and cross-functional partners to investigate and resolve issues affecting customer requirements and delivery commitments.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned programs, communicating regularly with internal and external customers regarding delivery status, emerging concerns, and recovery actions.
• Track critical customer hardware through shipment and delivery, partnering with logistics and other functional teams to address transportation issues and minimize customer impact.
• Perform escalated expediting activities as needed, coordinating recovery efforts and driving follow-through on actions required to meet customer commitments.
• Support customer delivery meetings by preparing status updates, highlighting delivery risks, communicating outstanding issues, and coordinating follow-up actions.
• Identify and execute process improvements that enhance delivery visibility, strengthen execution, and improve the overall customer experience.
• Utilize delivery assurance systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications to maintain accurate program information, monitor progress, and communicate delivery performance.
• Build effective working relationships across functions and organizational levels to facilitate timely decisions, resolve issues, and maintain alignment on customer priorities.
