The Aftermarket Business Development Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth of Oilgear’s aftermarket business by expanding sales of replacement parts, repair services, field service, upgrades, modernization projects, and long-term service agreements. This role develops strategic relationships with existing and new customers, identifies lifecycle opportunities, and partners with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service to deliver exceptional customer value. The position requires approximately 50–75% travel.
