Aftermarket Account Manager - Central US and Canada
Join us as an Aftermarket Account Manager for Central US and Canada at Atlas Copco. This role involves promoting and supporting the sale of aftermarket products and services, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to regional market development.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to boost sales of aftermarket parts, services, and advanced solutions.
- Maintain regular customer contact to maximize order intake.
- Support and promote aftermarket products to existing clients.
- Document sales activities and performance in CRM systems.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Identify and acquire new customers, capturing business from competitors.
- Contribute to market development strategies and explore new opportunities.
- Collaborate with product teams to improve response times and develop new offerings.
- Provide technical support on service planning, maintenance, parts management, and business needs.
- Prepare and follow up on sales proposals to secure orders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience with strong mechanical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% within the territory.
