St. Mary of the Lakes School is seeking a caring, organized aftercare supervisor for the 2026-2027 school year to oversee the daily operation of the aftercare program, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for students.

The role includes supervising students and staff, coordinating activities and homework time, maintaining attendance and sign-out procedures, and communicating with administrators and families while upholding school safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in educational, childcare, or recreational settings.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage student behavior positively.
• Commitment to Catholic education mission and values.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Fingerprinting and criminal background check completed.
• Completion of Virtus training and diocesan safe environment requirements.
