Job summary

TFI Family Services in Kansas is seeking a full-time Case Manager to join the Permanency team. If you hold a bachelor’s degree in human services and have at least 2 years of experience in child placement, you could make a meaningful difference in children’s lives.

You will help families build skills, connect them to resources, and develop personalized plans to support children’s growth. Join a mission-driven organization advocating for safe, loving homes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services (or related field) and at least 2 years of experience in child placement.
• PI assessment administered as part of hiring process (takes 5–7 minutes).
