Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Pass Drug Screening.
• Background Check/Fingerprinting.
• Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certifications (assistance provided).
• Ability to work effectively with youth and parents.
• Availability Monday–Friday 2:00–6:30 p.m.
• Willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise members in the program area and support club goals.
• Encourage members to seek staff guidance when needed.
• Ensure caring supervision, respect, and recognition for members.
• Assist in organizing and implementing program services and activities.
• Initiate new programs with Program Director approval.
• Maintain safety, positive values, and club appearance.
• Guide members and act as a role model.
• Assist in inventory and upkeep of program equipment and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the program area after use.
