Boys & Girls Club of Fitchburg/Leominster is seeking a Youth Development Professional for a part-time, onsite after-school role in Leominster, MA. You will supervise and support activities to help youths learn, connect, and build confidence.

What You’ll Do

A Typical Shift

You’ll arrive and get set up for the afternoon, checking the space and materials before members come in. Once the program starts, the pace is active greeting youth, helping them transition between activities, and keeping the room calm and upbeat. You’ll spend time listening, encouraging participation, and helping kids navigate small conflicts or big feelings. As the day winds down, you’ll help with clean-up, quick notes for the team, and a smooth pick-up process so everyone heads home safely.
