Job summary

Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio in Lorain, OH are seeking After-School Youth Program Staff to help run our Desich Club. The position is part-time, roughly 2 pm–6 pm, Monday to Friday, about 20 hours per week, with starting pay of $17 per hour.

You should be passionate about working with youth in a supervised, fun and safe environment. Responsibilities include planning and implementing activities, encouraging participation, supporting members, and helping with recruitment.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience working with youth preferred.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Must be 18+ with a High School Diploma.

Help Make a Difference in the Lives of Local Youth!!! Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring NOW! We have immediateopenings for Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) at our newly renovated Desich Club in Lorain, Ohio. Our YDPs assist with after-school programming at our Clubs.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for working with youth, in supervised, fun and safe environments. Our YDPs are responsible for planning and implementing appropriate program activities; tracking, promoting and encouraging program participation; and assisting with membership recruitment.

• Positions are Part-time, Monday-Friday (*Flexible Schedules may be considered!)
• Approx schedule is 2 pm - 6 pm - 20 hours per week.
• Starting pay rate is $ 17 per hour.
