Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio in Elyria, OH is hiring Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) to support after-school programming at the Elyria South Rec Center Club.

Positions are part-time, roughly 2 pm–6 pm, about 20 hours/week, with a starting pay of $17/hour. The role offers a fun, positive work environment with paid holidays, PTO, paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.

Are you interested in Making a Difference in the Lives of Local Youth? Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring NOW! We have an immediate opening for Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) at our Elyria South Rec Center Club in Elyria, Ohio. Our YDPs assist with after-school programming at our Clubs

We are looking for individuals with a passion for working with youth, in supervised, fun and safe environments. Our YDPs are responsible for planning and implementing appropriate program activities; tracking, promoting and encouraging program participation; and assisting with membership recruitment.

• Positions are Part-time, Monday-Friday
• Approx schedule is 2 pm - 6 pm - 20 hours per week.
