Job summary

Mentoring Alliance in Whitehouse, TX is seeking ministry-minded Child Care Workers for its After School team. The role focuses on fostering youth development by leading elementary students in enrichment activities, while modeling values aligned with our faith. You will work Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m.

to 6:00 p.m. during the school year, support energetic kids, and help create a safe, positive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age; High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred and some post-secondary training highly preferred.
• Pass Mandatory Background/Sex offender check.
• Ability to earn CPR/First Aid certification (mandatory).
• Spanish-speaking ability greatly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead elementary students in enrichment activities.
• Work Monday - Friday 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. during the school calendar year.
• Minister of the Gospel; ministry mindset and serve kids and families.
