Job summary

Florida Mesa Elementary – Boys & Girls Club of La Plata County is seeking a part-time Program Specialist for after-school hours, 2:00 pm–6:00 pm, 8–16 hours/week, Monday through Thursday at Florida Mesa Elementary School.

The role focuses on youth development, with duties in planning activities and engaging participants in meaningful programs. Applicants must meet age and experience requirements and may be eligible for additional scheduling accommodations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have at least 3 months (455 hours) of verified experience in the care and supervision of four (4) or more children over the ages of four (4) OR early childhood professional credential level I (1) or higher.
