Park Elementary – Boys & Girls Club of La Plata County is hiring a part-time School Program Specialist to support after-school programming from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Park Elementary School in Durango, CO. Applicants must be at least 18 and have at least 3 months of experience supervising four or more children

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have at least 3 months (455 hours) of verified experience in care and supervision of four or more children over age four OR an early childhood credential level I or higher.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement after-school programs and activities.
• Engage youth in high-quality, accessible programs focusing on character & leadership, health lifestyles, workforce readiness, and academic success.
